How to return an item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the intact condition , unworn or unused and in its original packaging..Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are not refundable. All refunds ( excluding delivery) are given upon receipt of the items back in an intact condition ( with exceptions for transactions cancelled before the item has shipped, in such case a refund is issued immediately).

 The buyer must contact me within 14 days of receipt that they want to return an order. Items must be returned within 30 days since the day of delivery.
 Please do not send items back without notifying me first  To start a return, you must contact us first at manuela.bijoux@yahoo.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [Talpai Camelys ,Napos 21, Gyula 5700, HUNGARY]    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a message with  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

If a package is lost or damaged , we will not be responsible, please file a claim to you local Post Office. 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately ( 3 days of reception ) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right and please sent a photo as proof. 

- RETURNS-for no reason or no good reason -or for the fault of buyer -INCORRECT ADDRESS OR RECIPIENT do Not pick the package - your money will be Partial refunded, minus all shipping costs & taxes & 10% of total order ( other costs), after we will received the returned item with recommended letter ,with tracking number. If the item is not returned in 14 days after receiving and in its original condition,and with bubble envelope, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If your returned item gets lost in transit, we will NOT be responsible, will not refunded. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For repeat buyers and who have appreciated our work with positive reviews, we give big discounts or nice gifts.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method,without the shipping cost. within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
